What are the steps for driver and vehicle verification

Select 'Driver mode' in the side menu, tap 'Driver' or 'Courier', select your vehicle type (car or moto), and upload required documents.

1. In the side menu, open 'Driver mode' and open 'Online registration'.

2. Select whether you are a courier or a driver.

3. Select your vehicle type.

4. Upload the required documents.

We verify the info you have uploaded. Usually it takes up to 24 hours, but may vary depending on your location.

You'll get a notification when verification is completed. Also you'll see the status if you tap 'Online registration' in the side menu.

Verifying your account

Your security is important to us. That's why we ask drivers to verify their personal info. For example, your legal name, government ID, phone number, and vehicle documents.

When do you verify my identity?

We review your application within 24 hours. Please wait until you are notified about the result.

2. View the reason for the rejected application.

3. Fix it by:

- uploading clear, up-to-date documents

4. Resubmit your application.
