inDrive prioritizes fair services and freedom of choice for all users. The platform brings peer-to-peer price negotiations while keeping service payments low (~10% on average at inDrive vs 25%–60% at other ride-hailing apps). This model ensures fairness, while boosting customer loyalty and trust.


inDrive aims to have a leaner business model than our competitors, and we rely more on organic growth versus incentivized growth. This means we are not paying as much to acquire new customers. And we don’t need to increase our service payments income to cover higher acquisition costs.
