How to recover an inDrive account?
How to recover your account as Passenger
1) Open the app and enter the phone number you used with the account and tap 'Next'.
2) Enter the verification code that's sent to your phone.
If you don't have access to the phone number please contact our Support team
How to recover your account as Driver
1) Open the side menu, select 'Driver mode', and tap 'I already have an account'.
2) Enter the phone number you used with the account and tap 'Next'.
3) Enter the verification code that's sent to your phone.
Still can't restore your account?
You have 5 attempts to restore your account using your phone number. After that, you'll have to wait 30 minutes to try again. Or you can re-verify as a new driver, by tapping 'Start verification'
If you don't have the phone, tap 'I don't have access to this number' and you can upload some ID to verify your identity.
