How to unblock an inDrive account?
How to recover your account as Passenger
1) Open the app and enter the phone number you used with the account and tap 'Next'.
2) Enter the verification code that's sent to your phone.
If you don't have access to the phone number, please contact our Support team.
How to recover your account as Driver
1) Open the side menu, select 'Driver mode', and tap 'I already have an account'.
2) Enter the phone number you used with the account and tap 'Next'.
3) Enter the verification code that's sent to your phone.
Still can't restore your account?
You have 5 attempts to restore your account using your phone number. After that, you'll have to wait 30 minutes to try again. Or you can re-verify as a new driver, by tapping 'Start verification'.
If you don't have the phone, tap 'I don't have access to this number' and you can upload an ID to verify your identity.
Why can an account be blocked?
Passenger account may be blocked if the rating drops due to the following:
- cancel several accepted orders within a short space of time
- create false or inappropriate orders: for example, with advertising or profanity
- receive a lot of complaints from drivers
- act against service standards
We'll notify you if your account is at risk of being blocked. Some blocks are temporary, from 30 minutes to several days. Others can be permanent depending on the reason.
